Vegan PB Fruit Dip

Vegan PB Fruit Dip

It’s one of those times when I feel like eating but not having anything heavy.  Something with fruit, but not just the normal peanut butter.  Here is my Vegan PB Fruit Dip.

This dip is definitely a keeper.  Something I will make all the time.  This is so simple and quick, it is unbelievable that I have never tried it before!

Also, I have had a busy last few weeks and this past weekend I helped my mom out with a very, very, very large craft fair.  Like the biggest one in San Antonio, big.  Two whole days of trying to sell her amazing homemade aprons and quilts and handing out her cards for personal custom-orders for She and Me Designs.  It was fun, but so exhausting!

You know I love peanut butter and I have found a new nirvana!  I am so in love with Jif Whips!  I only had a little left after devouring the rest, and also had a So Delicious Plain Coconut Yogurt that needed to be used so I decided to make this fruit dip. I couldn’t wait to eat my apple and some of my Nabisco Original Graham Crackers that I had sitting around and go to town with this awesome snack!  When I went to Walmart looking for the graham crackers I had to pull up my trusty PETA list, because I could not find any crackers without honey!  I found it on the list then finally located the one small row under all the other honey-ed kinds.
