One of my new favorite things – though I have had it before, I rarely actually used it for it’s real purpose – is the vegan chocolate Shakeology protein powder. I ordered the PiYo package (v. expensive!) and got the month’s worth of vegan protein drink. I don’t eat chocolate mainly because once I taste it I can’t stop eating (m&m’s mainly), but normally protein shakes don’t make me feel that way. Vegan choc Shakeology? O. M. G! Makes me want to eat, eat, eat this! Here is my Chocolate Shakeology Yogurt Dip … pudding!
Yes I added pudding to this. It is unbelievably amazing! Lick the bowl clean amazing. My intention for this dip was to have something healthy to dip fruit in, that wasn’t peanut butter base (and you know I love pb!). So protein powder is what I had to do that with, add some vanilla coconut yogurt and vanilla protein almond milk. So, yum! What better things to keep on hand? And when was the last time I had chocolate (or any) pudding? Forever! That’s how long.

So for the pudding / dip. Dump the protein powder into a bowl, add the milk and whisk. I had started with only a 1/4 cup of milk but the powder seized up on me, so I added another 1/4 cup and pressed the seized powder out of the whisk and mixed again. Then I added the yogurt and whisked more. I covered the mix with plastic wrap then refrigerated it. This is so good; I had the apple and then just spooned it all in. So. Good!
