So it’s Christmas Day, and I am way too thankful to have anything Debbie-downeresque on here today, so I just want to say I hope you all have a wonderful holiday, whether you are celebrating Christmas or not. My week has been great leading up to Christmas. I got those pesky work holiday party pounds off and yes, got to go home for Christmas. What a great week. Here is the New Years Resolutions – Week 51 Update.
One more week until I can end out this way-too crazy year of ups and downs. This week I made sure to really watch my weight, even when it crept up on me. I watched it rise, then hit the gym to beat it back down. Which it did – it didn’t want to mess with me! So the week after the holiday party I kept my eating at the forefront of my mind so that I wouldn’t go into a vacation with the scale going the wrong weigh (pun intended). Although I will say that the scale had gone up to an amount
that is not only embarrassing but that I haven’t seen in about 3 years. I have got to get myself in control in the new year. I am so not okay with how the last three months of total gains have been. It just continues to make me wonder what I can do to turn myself around, which is making me think about my 2015 New Years Resolutions – but I will conquer that in next weeks post.
So here is wishing you a wonderful day filled with love and family and friends, opening presents if you get them, enjoying the food that is made and the desserts you will eat. I will see you on the flip side, ready to get back on track with resolutions figured out. Happy Holidays to all of you, no matter the holiday you observe!
